In the cases where you as the customer will require your money back we are there for you. Whether your item has turned up or has turned up damaged we will have a solution.
If your item hasn't arrived after 7 business days of the order date and that we've received confirmation from the courier of this. Then we can automatically replace or refund your order.
If your order has arrived damaged, then we can send a replacement or refund you in full immediately upon receiving images of the package arrived.
