All orders over £30.00 will qualify for Free Shipping.
Otherwise shipping costs shall be £1.99

All orders before 3PM are dispatched the same day as standard**. Orders after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

All orders that exceed £50.00 in value will be shipped using Hermes. This means we can offer tracking services, SMS/Email notifications etc. for orders over £50.00 only.

**We work hard to dispatch orders as soon as possible, but at busy times this can sometimes not be possible.

Alternative Services

For orders that are larger than letter boxes.

Some products such as gift sets will not fit in your mailbox, therefore we will use larger packaging. Due to this you will be required to accept large packages manually. If your order is order is over £50 in value you may also be required to sign**

In some cases where an order has a high volume we may use a different shipping services such as Hermes or UPS. You will be notified upon Order Confirmation which Service will be delivering your parcel. This is for the protection of the contents of the parcel as well as specialisation.

**Due to the current Coronavirus epidemic you will not be required to sign for parcels and should avoid close contact when taking deliveries.

If your package hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please follow the link in your Order Confirmation Email to use our Online Tracking Service. Alternatively click on 'Track your Order' in the top bar or contact customer services and we will happily look into this for you.
If your package is lost or late you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.
